A blank page, every time
Your work has continuity. A customer returns, an offer changes, an idea from last week becomes today’s priority. Re-explaining all of that for every request makes delegation feel like an extra task.
Create a useful starting point
A short description of your business, the services you actually offer, a few examples of your tone and the information you have approved can form a practical foundation. The purpose is not to accumulate everything; it is to keep what matters understandable and current.
A memory worth maintaining
Business context should be reviewable. When a price, a process or a service changes, the source should change as well. Treat the foundation as working information, not a permanent truth.
Start small
Pick one task, such as drafting a customer reply. Compare the result with and without clear business context. Keep the information that genuinely helps, and improve it through real use.
