Do I need to know how to use AI?
No. Write a request as you would say it to someone: “Prepare a reply to this customer.” The assistant handles the steps and asks for useful missing details.
How is this different from a simple chat?
You get more than text. The result opens in a suitable tool, stays in your saved work and can be linked to a date or reminder. Your business information carries over between tasks.
Will I be able to replace my software?
Yes, that is the long-term goal: bring your tools into one application through the App Store. Replacement will be gradual, depending on the apps offered and your needs. You do not need to change everything to start.
Is everything available already?
The first five MiniApps, planner and extension are part of the product being presented. Access is rolling out gradually. The App Store and apps marked “In preparation” are not open yet. Examples on this website are demonstrations, not your workspace.
Can AI publish or send without my approval?
The assistant can draft and organise on its own. For a post, an email or a website change, you retain approval according to the permissions you choose.
Do I have to share all my data?
No. Start with information useful for the task. During setup, check requested access and how data is handled before connecting an account.
How much does it cost?
Access terms and pricing will be explained before you join, so you can decide with a clear understanding of the offer.
